People Services Administrator

Logitech is seeking a temporary People Services Administrator to support the delivery of employee lifecycle services for Logitech employees across all business groups and all regions. Your contribution: In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with the extended People Services team to deliver high quality, accurate & efficient support
  • Compliant execution & delivery of HR services within defined service level agreements
  • Driving requests to completion
  • Meeting the service level agreements and key performance indicators
  • Supporting onboarding of new hires and new hire documentation
  • Reviewing employee records to ensure local/required documents are collected and filed
  • Maintaining employee data in the HR system (Workday)
  • Contributing to the maintenance & development of new & existing HR processes
  • Recommending enhancements and simplification of processes & procedures based on customer interaction and feedback
  • Maintaining the strictest levels of confidentiality & discretion at all time

Key qualifications: For consideration, you should bring the following skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Educated to University Degree level or above in HR Management or other related field
  • Fluent English and Chinese
  • Strong interest in the practical application of HR processes & practices and employment legislation
  • Strong customer-service orientation
  • Excellent prioritisation & organizational skills, along with attention to detail
  • Ability to build relationships & interact at all levels of the organization
  • Strong process & quality mindset and a passion for finding innovative solutions
  • Highly adaptable, demonstrated ability to multi-task & proven ability to work to tight timelines
