The Role

In this position, you will lead Logitech's Global Physical Security, Executive Protection and Workplace Health and Safety programs, focusing on safeguarding employees, the Logitech leadership team, facilities, and assets. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Workplace Experience (WPE), you will serve as a key member of the WPE leadership team. This role combines strategic responsibilities with hands-on execution, often requiring you to operate independently and take initiative to deliver results.

Key Technical Qualifications

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Minimum of 8+ years experience working in the Physical Security industry in a supervisory or management capacity
  • Service-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior management and key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated detailed knowledge of GSOC operations and the security infrastructure for a global organization
  • Demonstrated knowledge and expertise of access control and closed circuit TV systems and applications
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing training programs for security personnel
  • Strong background in incident response and investigation, with the ability to lead and document investigations effectively
  • Familiarity with international security standards and best practices, such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2 (is a plus)

Educational Requirements

Associate Degree in criminal justice, security management or other security, or emergency management disciplines preferred

This position offers an annual base salary typically between $91,000 and $139,000. In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
