The Role: Lead Software Development Engineer In Test is responsible for working with SW QA and SW development teams to develop a platform for test automation.

Your Contribution:

• Develop solutions in solving complex automation needs for testing, release engineering.
• Architect the next evolution of our testing frameworks and libraries.
• Advocate best programming design and testing practices.
• Help improve software developer and testing productivity by implementing intuitive supporting tools, modules-based techniques.
• Actively engage with developer and QA teams to ensure we are delivering tools that make their lives easier.
• Automate the iOS and Android mobile application.

Your Qualifications and Skills:

• 10+ years in software development.
• Extensive experience in programming with one or more of the following languages – Python, C/C++, Java.
• Strong software engineering foundations, and experience in writing software, supporting tools, services.
• Strong object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms coding skills.
• Experience in any of the automation tools like Appium, Xamarin, Salesforce, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to evaluate and implement testing tools as per the organization's needs.
• Experience in building and running test environments.
• Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.
• Proficiency in software testing methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Leadership skills to guide and mentor the QA team.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in software QA.
• Experience in automation testing.
