Join Our Enterprise Sales Team in Milano

Logitech Italy is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and highly driven individual to join our growing enterprise sales team in Milano. If winning business for large accounts with an iconic brand gets you excited then this role is for you.

In this role you will:

  • Focus on country's top mid market and corporate enterprise customers in Northern Italy,
  • Engage with local alliances teams, like Microsoft, Zoom, or Google vendor teams,
  • Cross-sell the full Logitech portfolio of business products across category segments maximizing customer wallet share,
  • Creation and ownership of a business plan and execution on the grounds of the region's direct engagement plan,
  • Create opportunities and drive continued growth with new and existing corporate enterprise customers in the region,
  • Execute and achieve targets in an intense, fast-paced, rapidly changing and quarterly-driven environment
  • Target the top corporate enterprise customers in the country, to sell them the Logitech business to business portfolio, win RFPs, and standards within this account list,
  • Successfully introduce and implement new product categories and key initiatives to your client base,
  • Business development by identifying cross & upselling opportunities with corporate enterprise customers, working together with our channel partners like resellers and distributors,
  • Maintain an accurate and updated sales funnel at all times with enough coverage to exceed quota,
  • Own direct engagement and sales plan,
  • Engage with the sales teams of local partners, resellers and integrators,
  • Set up quarterly business meetings with key partners to review the end customer deals pipeline,
  • Develop corporate enterprise customers' account plans,
  • On-time delivery of monthly activity reports including implemented and planned activities, turnover overview vs. budget, and next month's objectives,
  • Responsibility to keep an updated pipeline funnel at all times through salesforce.com.

Key qualifications & preferred qualifications:

  • Relevant years of experience, preferably 4-6 years of B2B experience selling to large corporate enterprise customers across Italy
  • Demonstrated achievements success and ability to exceed targets earnings to large corporate enterprise customers across Italy
  • Hands-on mentality and ability to manage the entire sales cycle
  • Strong marketing background and understanding of how leads move through the funnel
  • Results-driven and able to prioritize
  • Excel in collaboration and relationship-building skills
  • Strong influencer, creative strategic thinker and fast learner
  • Will put in the required effort to quickly bring in required revenue
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
  • Autonomous and self-motivated
  • Influential communicator and great presentation skills
  • Persuasive, charismatic, engaging, confident
  • International mind-set
  • Fluency in English and Italian is essential for success in this position
  • The role requires travel within the region
