Reliability Engineer (M/W/D)

In dieser Rolle bist du verantwortlich für eine gelebte, proaktive Sicherheitskultur, in der "nobody gets hurt" Realität ist. Du stellst die Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen, normativen und internen Vorgaben sicher und entwickelst zustandsorientierte sowie prädiktive Instandhaltungsstrategien. Zudem prüfst du den gezielten Einsatz von KI in der Instandhaltung. Du entwickelst und optimierst Maintenance-Standards, Prozesse und KPIs im Einklang mit globalen Vorgaben und agierst als Schnittstelle zum Global Maintenance Center of Excellence (COE). Außerdem verantwortest du die übergeordnete SAP-Struktur und deren Integration mit Systemen wie MES, OSI PI oder Power BI. Ziel ist die Etablierung einer "Single Source of Truth" im Maintenance-Bereich durch klare Standards und hohe Datenqualität.

Responsibilities Include:

• Weiterentwicklung strukturierter Maintenance & Reliability-Prozesse
• Erstellung aussagekräftiger KPIs und Erstellung entsprechender Dashboards, Einrichtung/Pflege von Schnittstellen inkl. neuer Soft- und Hardware
• Vertretung der Leverkusener Maintenance & Reliability Momentive weit sowie in entsprechenden internen/externen Audits
• Durchführung von Schwachstellenanalysen bezüglich Reparaturanfälligkeit
• Verantwortung für Single Source of Truth: Strukturierung der technischen Dokumentation in einem werksweit einheitlichen System, Migration aus Altsystemen und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Pflege
• Verantwortung für die Standardisierung, Dokumentation, Schulung und Optimierung der SAP-PM-Stammdaten und -Prozesse
• Ermitteln von Potentialen zur Modernisierung der Anlagen
• Verfolgung von neuen Technologien (z.B. KI), Besuch von Messen, Netzwerken, um den Stand der Technik stetig voranzutreiben
• Erster Ansprechpartner für Fragen bezüglich Reparaturhäufigkeiten und Maßnahmen zur Erhöhung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit (intern)
• Zuständig für den werksweiten ACBM-Prozess
• Weitere projektbezogene Aufgaben

Qualifications:

• Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Chemietechnik oder vergleichbarer technischer Studiengang (Master / Diplom-Ingenieur)
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der industriellen Instandhaltung
• Kenntnisse von relevanten Vorschriften wie BetrSichV, DGRL, Atex und deren Auslegung/Anwendung
• Kenntnisse von Reliability Methoden und Prinzipien
• Gutes Verständnis für betriebliche Zusammenhänge
• Ausgezeichnete analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
• Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Erfahrungen mit Business Intelligence-Anwendungen (z.B. Power BI, OSI PI), Sharepoint und Datenbanken
• Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse insbesondere SAP-PM
• Anwenderkenntnisse der gängigen M365-Anwendungen
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
• Fließende Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)

• Praktische Erfahrung im Umfeld chemischer Produktionsanlagen
• Sehr gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten komplexer technischer Sachverhalte
