Global HRIS Associate Analyst
The Global HRIS Associate Analyst will work with internal and external teams to configure and support functional and technical features in Learning Management System and Workday System. The successful candidate will gain firsthand knowledge with Momentive's Learning, HCM, Compensation, Recruiting and Talent modules.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform daily LMS administration tasks, including training content management, system settings, enrollments, metrics, and evaluations.
- Create/Update/Fix eLearning courses
- Execute the training content translation process and coordinate with the Localization team.
- Using ServiceNow, monitor and troubleshoot LMS and Workday issues and drive for timely resolutions, both internally and with vendors. Provide timely and detailed updates, including resolutions for all ticket requests.
- Test and performs quality assurance checks on content and tests content functionality and communication with LMS prior to deployment.
- Provides support on new LMS projects including those that involve eLearning vendors to ensure functionality with LMS.
- Perform Workday configuration in support of HRIS projects through all stages (Analysis to Deploy) for functional business processes, security, reports etc.
- Support Sr. HRIS Analysts in projects aimed to improve existing functionality and implement new functionality in support of business initiatives and strategy
- Provide day-to-day operational support to end-users in Workday and the LMS, including but not limited to reporting, data corrections, system access requests and troubleshooting errors/issues.
- Support HRIS team in evaluation of new functionality and regression testing during bi-annual Workday releases
- Execute and support Annual Processes in Workday (i.e., Performance Management, Merit, Bonus, Compliance Reporting etc.)
- Support quality control activities and evaluate data within Workday and the LMS to ensure consistency, accuracy, security and data integrity.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Knowledge of SCORM, AICC compliance and Workday
- Excellent organizational, task and time management skills, with an emphasis on detail and follow up.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines and business objectives.
- Experience with various project management methodologies
Qualifications:
The following are required for the role:
Basic Qualifications:
- BS in IT/HR/business or comparable studies and 5 years of HR or IT related work experience.
- A minimum of 1-2 year LMS and Workday experience. Docebo and Workday knowledge preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel (e.g. Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas etc),
- Experience with troubleshooting production issues/ help desk / customer support.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
- Problem-solver, with strong ability to identify issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Willingness to take initiative and adhere to deadlines and project timeliness.
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work and partner effectively with others.
- Excellent oral, written, presentation and communication skills and ability to handle sensitive compensation information.
