As a Software Engineer III, you will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of new features for the Accolade Communication Domain, as well as the maintenance of the current code base. The Communication Domain consists of messaging and telephony platforms that play a crucial role in facilitating seamless communication between our health assistants and members. You will also have the opportunity to develop other essential services, such as an appointment scheduling system and virtual assistant integrations to support our contact center needs. Working closely with internal stakeholders, product managers, and the team, you will leverage AWS cloud technologies to translate requirements into efficient and innovative software solutions.
