As a Software Engineer III on the Expert Medical Opinion (EMO) platform, you will help design, build, and operate the technology that connects members with world-class medical experts when they need them most. This is a Prague-based position with a hybrid work model — we expect you to be in the office 2–3 days per week, collaborating with the local Prague team and our colleagues in the US. You'll work on a platform that blends a long-running PHP codebase with a modern Domain-Driven Design layer, deployed on AWS. You'll partner with product managers, internal stakeholders, and your manager to turn complex healthcare requirements into reliable, well-architected software — and have a direct impact on the quality of care our members receive.
