About the Role

The Marketing Business Partner is a strategic collaborator responsible for delivering impactful, multi-channel marketing initiatives across service and non-service areas. Focused on lead generation and brand engagement, this role plans, executes, and optimises campaigns that attract and convert clients, while ensuring all activity aligns with CPA's values and organisational goals.

Responsibilities of the Role (Not Limited To):

  • Partner with key stakeholders to design and deliver lead generation campaigns from concept through to execution.
  • Build and launch new marketing campaigns that drive high-quality enquiries and conversions.
  • Ensure campaigns are targeted to attract the right leads, aligned with service capacity and eligibility criteria.
  • Create supporting communications and content, including landing pages, brochures, and email sequences.
  • Monitor campaign performance using CRM and analytics tools, reporting on KPIs such as conversion rates and cost per lead.
  • Represent CPA at expos and events, managing logistics and post-event evaluation to measure engagement and ROI.

About You:

  • 5+ years' experience in marketing and communications, with a strong focus on lead generation and campaign delivery.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills.
  • Proficient in CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
  • Commercially minded with excellent strategic planning and reporting capabilities.
