We are looking for passionate, empathetic Support Workers with a can-do attitude and positive growth mindset to join our vibrant team at Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) in our Community Access program across the Northern Beaches region.

Your role centers on supporting people with disability to live meaningful lives, actively drive their own decisions and goals, and assist clients with mealtimes, personal care, and medication. Some things our clients love doing:

  • Expressing themselves through creative mediums e.g. art, cooking, gardening
  • Selling or exhibiting things they've created to the community
  • Maintaining their health and wellbeing e.g. yoga, gym

At CPA Lifestyles, our clients participate in social and recreational activities, essential life skills, and engage with their local communities. We match clients with disability support workers tailored to their needs, interests, and passions in life. This role is based across our Lifestyles Program, supporting our clients in a community access setting across the Northern Beaches! The benefits include:

  • Attractive hourly rate, base pay between $34.59 and $35.67 + super (25% is added for casual loading)

Requirements:

  • Available for a minimum of 3-4 days per week, hours between 9am and 3pm
  • Valid NSW driver's license P2 or full.
