Support Worker

We are looking for a passionate individual who is dedicated to supporting our clients through compassionate care and empowerment. This is a permanent part-time vacancy working across our Casula and Warwick Farm group homes with up to 20 hours per week.

Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence and advocate for the clients and their individual needs.

Delivering personalized support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administering medication, manual handling using a variety of equipment and aids.

Transporting clients in our wheelchair accessible vans and pool cars.

Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress.

Being part of a fun and dynamic team.

Requirements:

Experience as a carer or DSP or assistant in nursing or in aged care (or other similar roles)

A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).

We offer:

Attractive hourly rate of $34.59 + Super + Penalty Rates.
