Providing prompt and accurate responses to all concerns and questions regarding company policies and procedures, distributor agreements, shipments, returns and refunds, company programs, promotions and special events
Coordinate efforts with other departments and assist them in various business support tasks
Regulating orders, returns, refunds, and sign-ups
Provide valuable market and product related information received from customers to CS management, Sales and Marketing teams
Minimum high-school degree or College graduate
Advanced English language knowledge, oral and written
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to display a customer service attitude
Good organizational, multi-tasking and stress management skills, ability to set priorities
