We are looking for a digital product manager with innovative thinking and data-driven capabilities, responsible for planning, designing and promoting the entire lifecycle management of digital products. You will gain a deep understanding of user needs, collaborate with technology, design, operation and other teams to create an excellent digital product experience, and help the enterprise achieve the goals of digital transformation such as business growth and internal process efficiency improvement.
Core Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the entire lifecycle management of digital products, including market research, user demand analysis, product planning, function design, launch support and subsequent iterative optimization, to ensure that the products meet market needs and the company's strategic goals.
2. Dig deep into user needs, accurately grasp user pain points and usage scenarios through user interviews, data analysis and other methods, and transform them into specific product functions and requirement documents.
3. Formulate a clear product roadmap, clarify the product's development direction and phased goals, and adjust in a timely manner according to market changes and business needs.
4. Be able to work closely with marketing, sales or other cross-departmental teams within the company to communicate, collect and analyze business needs.
5. Collaborate closely with R&D, design, operation and other teams within the department to promote product development, testing, launch and other work, ensuring that projects are completed on time with high quality.
6. Continuously track the market performance and user feedback of products, analyze product data, put forward optimization suggestions, and continuously improve the user experience and market competitiveness of products.
7. Pay attention to industry trends and competitors' situations, collect relevant information and conduct analysis to provide a basis for product decisions.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Internet, Marketing, Data Analysis and other related fields is preferred.
2. More than 3 years of relevant work experience as a digital product manager, with successful experience in building products from 0 to 1 for APP, mini-program or enterprise-level systems (CRM, SAAS, CDP, OMS, SAAS...) is preferred.
3. Have solid product design capabilities, be familiar with product development processes and methods, be able to independently complete product requirement documents, prototype designs, etc., and be proficient in using relevant tools (such as: Axure, Figma, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
4. Have good project management capabilities, and be able to follow up or promote the on-time, quality and demand-based launch of the projects you are responsible for.
5. Have good data analysis capabilities, be able to insight into user behavior and product problems through data, and provide support for product optimization.
6. Have a good interest in cutting-edge new things such as AI and wearable devices, and have the spirit of exploring new fields.
7. Have excellent communication and coordination skills and team spirit, be able to effectively promote cross-departmental collaboration, be result-oriented, and solve various problems in projects.
8. Have strong logical thinking ability, self-drive and pressure resistance, and be able to adapt to the rapidly changing market environment.
