Daily running of all necessary reports to keep the smooth running of the EUA region. Execution of general order, payment and returns related troubleshooting and clean-up.
Support all EUA region with administrative tasks, payment transactions, reports.
Provide tools and application support: provide guidance, troubleshoot and follow up issues.
Initiate system enhancements.
Build relationships across departments to ensure solid collaboration and efficient communication between all teams.
Carry out extra given task by superiors and extra projects required by Management.
Execute daily task related but not limited to order flow, returns, payment, clean-up requests and customer master data management in systems we use, solve problems and concerns in a timely, accurate, and effective manner.
Work on process related improvements: identify where processes need documenting and aligning to improve efficiency and better handling.
Build and maintain strong bonds between departments throughout the region and ensure an efficient flow of information from and to the team.
Maintain excellent knowledge of, but not limited to, the Policies and Procedures, the IT applications used, internal processes, all products, programs, promotions, services and other information specific to the region.
Minimum high-school degree or college graduate
Advanced English language knowledge, oral and written
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Good organizational, multi-tasking and stress management skills, ability to set priorities
Strong interpersonal skills, team player, strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to use internal IT tools and applications such as SAP, MS Office, Internet etc.
