HR Manager (Capital Markets) - The Role

You will partner with our Capital Markets team to deliver on the firm's strategic people priorities:

  • Lead on talent management, performance, career development, and diversity & inclusion.
  • Drive people strategy and planning aligned to business goals.
  • Coach and support Partners in people leadership and management.
  • Advise on communication, morale, and engagement issues.
  • Anticipate and respond to people trends, both internally and in the market.
  • Structure and deliver talent management and retention plans.
  • Support and deliver on engagement survey actions.
  • Oversee performance management, feedback, and objective setting.
  • Ensure fair and inclusive work allocation and promotion processes.
  • Collaborate on headcount management, resourcing, and recruitment.
  • Act as escalation point for employee relations and support global HR projects.
  • Facilitate and deliver internal training as needed.

HR Manager (Capital Markets) - What We're Looking For:

  • Proven HR experience in a global, matrix environment, working within professional services.
  • Strong background in talent, change, engagement, and/or performance management.
  • Experience managing and developing team members.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Strong technical HR and employee relations expertise.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of business dynamics.
  • Confident influencer, able to challenge senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with sound judgment and independence.
  • Excellent relationship builder with strong communication and presentation skills.
