The Department of Information Technology invites applications for a two-year, grant-funded, full-time, nonexempt, twelve-month position. Renewal of position is based on availability of funding. The position reports to the Assistant Director of Information Technology. This position supports the installation, maintenance, and operation of instructional and presentation technologies in classrooms, labs, and meeting spaces across the UMES campus. The position ensures that technology resources are reliable and effectively support the university's teaching, learning, and event needs. This role provides direct technical assistance to faculty, staff, and students, working collaboratively with the IT Support Services team to deliver a consistent and high-quality classroom technology experience.
