International Inside Sales Representative

We are Santa Cruz, Reserve, and Cervélo, three of the most exciting brands in the cycling industry, known for doing things differently. With over 25 years of experience in cycling, our main goal is to consistently build the best bikes in the world while having fun! Since 2020, we have been based in Mainz, Germany, with our EMEA headquarters under Pon.Bike Performance.

We are looking for an enthusiastic employee for our European headquarters in Mainz. As an International Inside Sales Representative for our distributors and importers outside Germany, you will support revenue growth and contribute directly to the company's annual goals. You will work closely with independent bicycle dealers and importers in the region, building lasting relationships with them. We are ideally looking for someone with experience in wholesale, preferably in the cycling or outdoor industry, who has a passion for bicycles and enjoys interacting with our customers. You should be comfortable communicating with others and be highly customer-oriented, as you will work with both external customers and internal stakeholders on various projects and objectives.

Your day-to-day role will involve working closely with Santa Cruz, Reserve, and Cervélo Bicycles dealers in a specific European region. You will be the point of contact for our dealers and importers via email and phone, keeping them informed about changes and new products.

Your general responsibilities and duties include:

  • You are responsible for working with the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets in the region.
  • You will support the sales team in annual and monthly planning to increase sales in a specific region.
  • You will also have a limited travel requirement.
  • You will actively contribute to the positive development of our international importers.
  • You will manage demo and rental bikes sold in the regions.

You should bring:

  • Ideally, you have 1-3 years of experience in wholesale, preferably in the outdoor industry or a similar environment.
  • You are a sales talent with a strong selling mentality.
  • You have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and can quickly build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You are highly self-motivated and take responsibility for your tasks.
  • You have extensive knowledge of road and mountain bikes or are willing to quickly acquire it.
  • You have experience using ERP software, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • You speak fluent German and have very good English skills. Other foreign languages are a plus.
