Your Impact & Opportunity:
Drive Financial Efficiency: Execute timely and high-quality invoice processing and job file management according to KPIs.
Ensure Accuracy & Profitability: Verify rates meticulously to ensure invoice integrity, reduce disputes, and assure end-to-end profitability.
Be a Problem Solver: Resolve invoicing queries and disputes effectively with customers and international branches.
Collaborate Globally: Utilize strong communication skills to proactively address issues and meet urgent requirements. You'll have opportunities to directly support international job tasks.
Own Your Workflow: Plan workload efficiently and collaborate within the team and with external parties for smooth global operations.
What You Need to Succeed:
A minimum of a Diploma in a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; equivalent relevant working experience is also valued.
Experience in international freight forwarding, invoicing, or costing will be value add.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you build rapport easily.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
Working proficiency in MS Word and Excel; familiarity with CW1 system is value add.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential to support international counterparts.
Flexibility: A willingness to occasionally work overtime and during Malaysia public holidays to meet business demands.
