Responsible for assisting sales staff in collecting prices and plans in the early stage,

Cooperate with sales and customers in the early stage to communicate and coordinate problems encountered in daily operations, and serve as a good bridge.

For important sales customers and customers with special requirements, conduct focused daily tracking to ensure the normal operation of the goods and provide timely feedback and updates to customers' requirements.

Handle customer complaints, pay attention to customer developments in real time, promptly feedback customer information to sales and corresponding operating departments, and maintain good communication with customers;

Responsible for statistics of sales staff's monthly performance and related reports.

Complete other assigned tasks assigned by superior leaders.
