As part of the Infrastructure organization, the Engineering Enablement team helps scale Netflix's engineering efficiency by improving how developers interact with core platform capabilities. We act as a central source of technical insight: collaborating directly with engineers, analyzing platform behaviors, identifying cross-cutting patterns, and partnering with platform teams to drive meaningful improvements.
We focus on strengthening developer workflows, optimizing platform usability, expanding paved-road tooling, and improving documentation and developer education. Our work combines hands-on technical investigation with platform-level influence.
Enable Netflix engineers to move quickly and confidently by improving their experience with the platform and by providing high-quality technical guidance across platform domains.
Our culture is unique, and we tend to live by our values, allowing you to do your best work and grow.
We are seeking a Support Solutions Engineer with an interest in security infrastructure and tooling, support, and automation. In this role, you will take ownership of complex security and privacy investigations, working through them end to end by navigating ambiguity, validating technical hypotheses, and providing clear, pragmatic guidance that helps engineering teams move forward efficiently.
You will look beyond individual requests to identify systemic gaps and opportunities for improvement, turning recurring questions and failure modes into durable engineering assets. This includes designing and evolving automation, internal tools, documentation, and runbooks that scale knowledge and decision-making, influence how security and privacy are embedded into engineering workflows, and raise the reliability and effectiveness of our systems at scale.
This role is remote, with the option to work from our Warsaw office for in-person collaboration or onboarding as needed. You will work closely with teams across EMEA and the US/Canada, with core hours for this role set at 12:00–20:00 CET.
