This position is part of the HR Shared Services team, operating in the role as the main point of contact for all HR inquiries from initial request through fulfillment and will partner with our local and regional talent teams to identify solutions and resolve employee issues in a timely fashion. You will be expected to be independent and proactive, with a customer service mindset and great stakeholder management skills.

What you will support:

• Support employees by being the first point of contact with information related to benefits, onboarding, payroll, etc.
• Ensure the accuracy of employee data through the management of employee systems and processes.
• Assist with programs that reach all employees, ensuring they run smoothly, so employees can focus on doing the best work of their lives.
• Have the opportunity to learn new tools and techniques that can then be applied to simplify, optimize and automate work across our Talent organization.
• Assist with analyzing, intaking and operationalizing new employee services (from pre-hire to offboarding).

To be successful, you are:

• +3 years of HR experience
• Experience as a user of HR tools (Workday, ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc)
• Curiosity; Learn rapidly and eagerly, and you see patterns and connections that other people miss
• Be Flexible and comfortable with the change; Change on this scale doesn't have an expiration date. Comfortable with the ambiguity.
• Design thinking is required. Think full cycle process versus individual tasks; think of the process as an end-to-end with the only purpose of improving the experience for the organization, not an individual one.

• Process Understanding & Simplification; Skill to simplify complex processes and create impactful process improvements to scale our operations.
• Agile Methodology; Understanding principles of the Agile methodology in order to use that mindset in our daily operations.
• Analytical Skills; Capable of assessing situations, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.
