In Korea, we are at a uniquely exciting moment: over the past year, the Korea Ads team has built strong early momentum, and we are now entering a phase of accelerated growth as we scale the team and expand our impact. As part of the core Netflix Ads organization, the team is helping shape a best-in-class ads business from the ground up, leveraging Netflix's proprietary ad tech to deliver a premium ad experience for members while enabling brands to connect with deeply engaged audiences.

As the Ads Sales Partner in Korea, you will play a key role in developing and executing our sales strategy for the Korean market.

This is a highly strategic, client-facing role that requires exceptional relationship management, business acumen, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable growth strategies. You will engage directly with C-suite and senior decision makers at major advertisers and agencies, influencing how the country's most iconic brands invest in premium streaming environments.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem, an extensive network of industry relationships, and a proven track record of delivering revenue growth. Core Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key advertisers, and their agency partners to drive revenue growth, while leveraging Netflix's unique audience insights and premium content offerings to drive revenue growth.
  • Demonstrate strong sales acumen by rigorously evaluating sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue pacing, and translating business reviews into clear risk mitigation and acceleration actions.

Market Strategy & Innovation:

  • Advocate for the value proposition of Netflix Ads and champion the adoption and understanding of Netflix Ads platform capabilities to accelerate sales velocity and unlock incremental revenue opportunities.
  • Identify and capture new growth opportunities across CTV, programmatic, emerging buying models, and cross-border campaigns by monitoring market trends, competitive dynamics, and innovation signals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner closely with internal teams—including Account Management, Marketing Partnerships, Measurement, Ads Marketing, and Product —to ensure flawless campaign delivery and an exceptional client experience.
  • Provide market and partner feedback to global and regional leadership to continuously improve our product, operations, and go-to-market strategy.

We're Looking For:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or business development
  • A deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem, including how clients set priorities and performance goals, and how ads solutions can be aligned to meet those needs.
  • A strategic thinker who exercises and continues to develop strategic judgment, adapting thoughtfully in fast-changing environments while aligning their work with broader organizational priorities.
  • A problem solver who executes with excellence, owns delivery outcomes, and collaborates effectively across functions in a global environment.
  • Passion for developing innovative Netflix Ads that respect and enhance our content, brand, products, and fans
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including strong and confident presentation abilities
  • Ability to multitask, make decisions, and operate at entrepreneurial speed in a fast-moving environment
  • Fluency in Korean and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with local and global stakeholders
  • Genuine interest in our corporate culture
